While there are more books in this series and I think it would be great to continue, I have had a couple homeroom teachers complain about the fact that I was reading to the students instead of letting them "play on the computer" so I am going to refrain from continuing on this path. Hopefully, though, we can continue to have such thought-provoking discussions.
Some of my younger classes have listened and discussed the technology in ancient Egypt and Greece. We had some great discussions on what technology is and how it has evolved. We talked about the technology that was created in ancient Egypt and Greece and how much of it is either used now or was used to create some of the technology we have today.
